Key responsibilities include:* KS5 French teaching and learning * Innovative and creative teaching and learning strategies* Differentiation across KS4 & 5 * Leading the effective use of data across MFL * Leading on day to day effective practices and systems to ensure consistency across the department * Major contributions to the MFL curriculum* Leading and managing staff* The Deputy Leader of MFL is expected to be an outstanding, successful teacher, with strong evidence of outstanding outcomes.
