Are you proficient in the use of CAD and have experience within the Construction/ Structural industry?Established for over 30 years, this prestigious company specialise in the restoration, repair and conversions of high end residential buildings. Due to a continuous increase in workload this stable company are looking for an additional CAD Technician to join their small, but growing team.In this role you will be responsible for supporting the design manager and liaising with the design team, architects and clients. You will need to manage compliance checks against the specifications and client requirements. As part of this role you will need to attend pre construction design development meetings and you will need to rectify any design issues pre and during the construction phase.The ideal candidate will be proficient in Auto CAD 2D and have experience in the construction/structural industry, mainly working on loft extensions, and conversions.
