Apply now The Firm A well-established full-service law firm are recruiting for a Associate Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy Commercial team in Nottingham to provide quality legal advice to commercial clients on a wide range of commercial property matters and supervise a small team of lawyers. The Role Efficient drafting, reviewing and negotiating of legal documents including commercial contracts including: Freehold and leasehold transactionsDrafting and negotiating contracts relating to client's matterPreparing reports on file and researching when requiredCommunicating effectively with people of all levels including solicitors, clients and third partiesSupervision of a small team of lawyers, undertaking training and mentoringAttending courses for further personal developmentRecording of hours work for billingEffectively handling work for cost control Experience Good knowledge and experience of contracts and commercial law including real estate, landlord and tenant and lease renewalsAssociate Solicitor 4-7 years PQEAble to work independently using own initiative with minimal supervisionProfessional and coherent communication skills, both written and orallyTeam player who has ability to work collaboratively or equally independentlyProven ability to work in a pressurised environmentAbility to supervise a small team within a larger teamDevelop a team through training and mentoring Benefits 25 days holidays with bank holidays on topFree parking at the firmCycle to work schemesChildcare vouchers How to Apply If you believe that you have the skills and experience for the role - then please get in touch.
