Apply now Private Client Handler Location: Chelmsford Contract type: Permanent Salary: Up to £25k (dependant on skills and experience) + Excellent company benefits Are you an experienced Account Handler?Do you have experience working within Insurance/Brokers?Have you a good understanding of HNW (High net worth) insurance products The Role: We have a fantastic permanent opportunity for a Private Client Handler to join their established team based in Chelmsford The purpose of the role is to assist the Private Client Executive in their management of their portfolio of clients, maximising retention and income from existing client base and development of new business opportunities to deliver growth The Candidate: Must have experience working as an Account Handler within Insurance/ BrokersExperience of dealing with High net worth clients - DesirableActuris experience - PreferredSelf-Motivated individualExcellent communication skillsGood organisational skills to ensure that company processes and procedures are put in placeAchieving resultsCommunicating effectively, influencing and relationship buildingTo be able to forward plan effectivelyTeam WorkingCustomer Service experienceProblem solving Key Responsibilities: Liaise with Client Executive to ensure that all Client instructions and requirements provided by the Private Client Executive are handled promptly and accurately.To attend client visits with Client Executive as and when required in accordance with agreed contact plan with clients.To forward risk presentations and/or fact finds prepared by Client Executives to Insurers and negotiate premiums and follow up any further information required.Review insurer placements to ensure that best advice is offered at all timesEfficient/prompt handling of all matters - day-to-day enquiries, renewals, mid-term adjustments and new enquiries as clients point of contact in the officeAssist in maintaining and increasing profit from existing client bank as evidence by retention rates and commission How to apply To be considered for this role, please click 'apply' or for more information please contact
