Duties include: Accounts - assisting with day to day bookkeeping, processing client account transactions, maintaining accounts records, accounts admin, keeping a record of received cheques, dealing with credit card paymentsReception - greeting visitors, answering and transferring calls, booking conference rooms, providing refreshments, banking, updating attendance logAdmin support - Dealing with Deeds and Documents, recording Court Orders received, verifying Client ID, preparing post, filing and scanning, and general assistance to the Archive Manager Applicants will have previous office experience, have a professional and welcoming persona, along with good IT abilities and organisational skills.
