Agile Coach needed with expert-level knowledge and experience to coach the team in the following areas: Execute Scrum and Kanban methodologyCoach the product owner in their accountabilities and behavioursCoach the team in agile practices and behavioursPerform feature prioritization, release planning, backlog refinement and sprint planningPerform feature decomposition, iterative delivery, define Minimum Viable Product (MVP)Excellence in story writing and estimationReducing WIP and context switching Coach must also have these qualities: Encouraging, positive, confident, engaged, inspiring, outgoing, natural teacherAdaptable - leverages agile to help the team versus holding the team to strict principlesAble to apply agile to new situations in client's complex environmentLooks for and actively implement ways for the team to continuously improve JOB LOCATION: West Malling, Kent My client is looking for people who have been agile coaches in large multi-national organizations.
