Apply now R13 recruitment are supporting an incredibly successful training provider in their search for an Apprenticeship Recruitment Officer. You will be responsible for engaging with employers and potential learners across Essex and North of London to effectively promote the company's services and endorse the apprenticeship qualification as a viable post 16 option. **Please note for this role it is essential you hold a Full UK Driving License and have access to your own vehicle** Duties to include: Working alongside Assessors, building a portfolio of potential learners across this region.Preparing and delivering strong pitches and presentations to organisations in order to gain new business.Promoting and coordinating employer engagement to increase the uptake of apprentices for both 16-19 and 19+ learners.Delivering effective marketing activities to promote the company's services.Managing the promotion of the company's vocational programmes to schools across specific geographical locations.Ensuring young people and their parents/carers are familiar with the company, and consider this as a viable alternative to sixth form and further education colleges.Securing high quality work experience placements and job vacancies for Apprentices and those on an Access to Apprenticeship programme.Contributing to the development of marketing material and literature, ensuring it reflects the company's image and services.Attending a variety of marketing events during evenings and weekends, to meet profile requirements.Co-ordinating staff attendance and arranging resources for external marketing events.Ad-hoc duties as requested. You will have/be: A minimum of two years of employer engagement and/or recruitment experience.Previous exposure of apprenticeships.Familiar with the local area, education priorities and the labour market.Level two literacy and numeracy skills.A flexible approach to work, willing to work evenings and weekends to meet deadlines and targets.Comfortable presenting and pitching to a variety of different audiences.A confident communicator both written and verbal.Strong organisational skills, coupled with the ability to effectively prioritise workload. Ability to effectively network and engage with a variety of employers and education establishments.Strong negotiation and influencing skills.Full UK Driving License and access to your own vehicle. **You will be required to undertake an enhanced CRB check for this position** This is a full time permanent role working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm. Offered salary of £26,500 DOE plus an impressive bonus scheme. A competitive benefits package is offered including; 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + lieu time (up to 10 days) + opportunity to buy holidays, 2% pension and mileage expensed at 35p per mile.
