CER is working in partnership with a nation-wide training provider to find enthusiastic, driven and business-minded assessors / learning mentors for apprenticeships within the following sectors: Business Improvement TechniquesManagementEmploymentRetailCustomer Service The role is to support and mentor learners on their apprenticeship journey by providing them with an individual action plan tailored to their specific needs. This will include motivating learners to achieve their contractual targets and providing continued support throughout their apprenticeship programme.
