Apply now My client who are a nationally based company, with locations spread across the UK are currently recruiting for an Assistant Business Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is looking for a varied role, where you will be involved in administration and quotes to then assisting potential new customers with their queries and showing them around the store. Responsibilities/Duties; -Responsible for the conversion of prospects into customers and actively promote the sale of add on products -Assist in identifying ways to improve business performance -Promote the services of both the Store and the company -Ensure that all customer enquiries are captured and followed up with the appropriate timely action -Ensure that all customers visiting the store use the correct sign in and visiting procedures -Organise the transportation of customer's goods -Ensure the effective display of visuals inside and outside the Store to stimulate awareness of the service being offered -Reconcile the store's customer accounts on a daily and monthly basis and ensure all monies are regularly banked in accordance with company procedures -Ensure customers are regularly invoiced -To maintain customer records, ensuring that all details and charges are recorded accurately -Manage receipt and sale of merchandise stock and conduct monthly stock takes and report findings Candidate Attributes; -Excellent customer service experience -Previous experience in administration -IT literate -Excellent communication and organisational skills -Ability to manage own workloads -Capable of being a team player Hours- Monday-Friday 8.30am-4.30pm or 10am-6pm. Every other Saturday 10am-4pm with a day off in the week. Salary- £20,000 + Bonus
