The Quantity Surveyors Role The successful Quantity Surveyor will have a leading role. This will include running build sector projects (from inception to completion) such as Education, Healthcare, Residential and more. You will also mentor and manage a talented Intermediate Quantity Surveyor who is on the pathway to achieving MRICS. After a period of bedding in, you shall have the opportunity to build a QS team around yourself. Experience of managing a team as well as preparing bills of quantities in both SMM7 and NRM format is desirable, but not essential.
