This is an excellent opportunity for a target driven, objective achiever and motivational Manager with career aspirations. The main function for this role as Automotive Business Manager is to ensure finance and insurance products are presented and offered to customers, assist with closing the sale and ensuring the process is carried out in the correct manner and within the guidelines of current FCA regulations. Key Tasks & Responsibilities:* To maximise the profitable sales of finance and insurance products* To assist in the closing of vehicle sales by providing finance products as an aid to selling* To ensure company F&I policies are followed and adhered to by all employees when using finance and insurance products* Ensure sales and profit targets are achieved by working closely with the Car Sales Executives and Sales Manager You will ideally live within the Weybridge area or be able to travel to the Weybridge area and have working Automotive Sales experience.
