You will be working within a team, where the aim is to deliver first class customer service to both sales and service customers of the Car Dealership. You will be following up on leads for all of the Car Dealerships. This is part of a growing department. You will be responsible for making both outbound calls and taking incoming calls from the database. Having previously worked in the Motor trade would be advantageous to our client but not essential. Ideally, you will have sales and outbound call centre experience with an excellent telephone manner. For your hard work, our client is offering a starting salary anywhere from £15,000 per annum depending on experience with an OTE of around £20,000.
