As a result of their success they are currently recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join their friendly and successful team in their purpose built facility in Fradley Park, Lichfield.Previous experience preferred but not essential as full training will be provided by their dedicated trainers. Once trained you will be working with an award winning team who will provide you with ongoing support. Our client not only offers a permanent positions but also opportunities to learn new skills, gain qualifications and work in their facilities which is soon to be upgraded with complete new state of the art equipment as part of the plants transformation.The role involves manufacturing exhaust systems for world's biggest car manufactures, so a passion for quality is key.If you choose us, you can expect:Monday to Friday / Sunday to Thursday work3 shift rotating 06.55-15.00 / 14.55-23.00 / 22.55-07.00£8.40 per hour for all basic hours (including 12% shift Allowance)Overtime available.
