Our client is the one of the UK's most successful manufacturers and have been established for over 40 years with a fantastic reputation within a niche industry. This is a very rare opportunity! The main purpose of the role is to support current bodyshop staff and to become experienced in many aspects of vehicle bodywork repair and refinishing. Experience within the bodyshop industry would be a significant advantage, but is not essential. Need another reason to apply? Working hours are Monday to Thursday 7am to 4pm, and Fridays 7am - 1pm ONLY! No weekends! Your responsibilities within the bodyshop will include: - Supporting Senior Paint Sprayer with Prepping / Polishing- Completing Alloy Wheel Refurbishments- Completing Paint jobs to Support Paint Sprayer- Advising customers on minor technical problems- Building good customer relationships- Ensuring good housekeeping and security in the workshop This role is a busy, diverse and rewarding role which required you will need to be very organised and have a 'hands on' approach to your work. You will be required and encouraged to learn new skills quickly and have a good eye for detail. Quality of work is essential for the success of the bodyshop. You will ideally live within the North Kent area or be able to travel to the North Kent area and have some working experience within a bodyshop or vehicle repair environment.
