Your role will consist of handing out work to Vehicle Technicians to ensure smooth running of the workshop, liaising with the Service Department, and to be on hand to answer any queries from other departments and the general public. You will need to:* Have a proven track record in running a successful automotive workshop.* Good knowledge of vehicles and their technology.* Have excellent management skills and be able to provide leadership.* Be "hands-on", happy and able to help every team out from mechanical issues to invoicing.* Ensure smooth running of the workshop.* Be available to answer any queries from other departments and customers. You must have the desire to succeed and the drive to achieve all targets set whilst consistently motivating your team. Main Car Dealer Motor Trade experience and knowledge of a DMS system is essential.
