A market leading Critical Care equipment business is looking for a Bench Technician - Critical Care equipment/devices and Ultrasound. The ideal candidate will be based in Cambridgeshire. Bench Technician - Critical Care & Imaging equipment - Responsibilities: Provide technical service support on the inspection, repair and calibration of products for customers.Respond to customer calls during office hours, Monday to Friday. Maintain positive, professional communications with customers and service team members.Maintain accurate spare parts inventory and keep spare parts in use effectively.Maintain tools and test equipment properly and liaise with the Service Supervisor/ManagerMay include training of clinical staff on designated equipment.Track and maintain both parts and loaner inventoriesOther tasks or responsibilities designated by the Service Supervisor/Manager.Make decisions based on company policies and procedures. Discuss and refer unresolved service issues with the Service Manager.
