Well regarded modern and friendly CQS law firm based in West Kent are currently looking to recruit an additional residential conveyancer to join a busy successful team. You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from start to finish and the work is not volume so the emphasis is very much on quality over quantity. Much of the work is repeat business and referrals as this firm have an outstanding reputation in the local area, but all fee earners are also involved in some business development too. There is an existing caseload in place due to a pending retirement, which involves a considerable amount of high net worth properties and therefore the quality of work and client base is excellent. Although this firm are modern, with excellent case management systems, you will also receive your own secretary and your own office. Successful candidates will have at least 3 years experience of managing a residential conveyancing caseload. Applications are welcome from Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers or Paralegals but you must be confident managing your own residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision. You will be based at a Central office which is easily commutable from areas of Kent and South East London.
