This role will include booking customers vehicles in for repairs, updating customers on repair progress and workshop loading. Main Duties: Meet and greet customers, carry out estimates and Follow up estimates using the tracker systemBooking customers vehicles in for repairs, updating customers on repair progressComplete job cards/repair orders and pass them to the workshopMonitor all work to ensure that it is completed by the times required and to report any likely delays to the customerCheck, inspect and test incoming and outgoing vehicles and work including acting as Quality Controller Key Skills and Experience Required: At least 1 years experience working as a Bodyshop EstimatorMust hold a full UK drivers licenceOutstanding communicator, both in person and on the telephoneAbility to deliver customer distinction at all timesA high level of accuracy with excellent attention to detailTeam player with a positive and can do attitudeSelf-motivated and customer focused This vacancy is being managed by Ed Hatt at Spear Recruitment Ltd.
