Apply now Job Title - Broker Support TechnicianContract - Permanent Salary - £15,000 - £20,000Location - London Industry - Insurance (Insurance, Broker, Processing, Technician)______________________________________________________________________________________________A leading London Market broker are currently seeking a broker support technician to join their expanding team.This is an exceptional prospect for the successful individual to join a prestigious and thriving broker in the city.To support the production and broking team in providing a quality service to clientsDuties:·To produce slips, files and other supporting documentation·To ensure accurate and timely data input·To ensure compliance with relevant Company and Market Rules and Procedures·To set up and maintain client filing·To ensure that all communications are accurately recorded and that all enquiries are dealt with promptly·To record and deal with any telephone enquiries/other verbal enquiries·To use all appropriate systems to record, monitor and process work·To diary and chase key dates e.g. subjectivities, warranties. To conduct a thorough de-broke of the file prior to processing and co-ordinate remedial action as necessaryKnowledge Required:·Ability to prioritise and organise own workload to ensure that deadlines are met·Ability to work under pressure without supervision·Ability to develop and sustain internal and external relationships·Team player·Ability to construct clear written communications·Confident and effective telephone skills·Confidence to challenge senior colleagues·I.T.
