We are offering a competitive starting salary of £23,000, which is complimented by our generous uncapped commission structure, which allows employees to earn monthly paid commission with no ceilings. The Role The role involves networking using means such as phone calls, emails and computer software to source the highest standard of candidates. These candidates will then need to be interviewed and assessed to determine whether they would be suitable to send to clients. Client relationships must be built and maintained by offering consultative solutions for the client's business and providing them with the best candidates.
