Apply now The Job Our client is Licenced Conveyancing Law Firm currently in the growth stage and as such is looking for a Business Development / Account Manager, based out of their Haywards Heath office. Our client works with a variety of clients including estate agents, residential & commercial property developers, private property investors etc. and is looking for a driven, creative, ambitious and engaging person to help grow this side of the business. This candidate will be integral to the future success of this business and will define long term organisation strategy. Key Requirements Experience within the property management or estate agency industryExcellent communication and negotiation skills (client facing) Exceptional attention to detail Highly organised, with strong time management and planning skills High level of initiative and self-motivation Knowledge / experience of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Bright and friendly manner Good numeracy and literacy skills Outgoing and engaging personality, a door opener Experience and knowledge of the Residential and Commercial Property sector a big advantage. Duties Identify new business opportunities and arrange meetingsPlan and prepare presentationsCommunicate existing and new products to prospective clientsOversee and contribute to the development of marketing materialArrange distribution of marketing literaturePipeline reportingMaintain accurate recordsRepresenting our client at events, such as networking events, trade exhibitions and conferencesConduct research to identify new markets and customer needsProvide quality after-sales support and continuous keeping-in-touch initiatives
