This position is a hybrid of a Business Manager role with Sales Controller duties, so we are looking for someone who can bring a solid background with a Car Dealership who has all the knowledge to take on all finance responsibility while leading the team. Excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career and get the opportunity to move into a Sales Managers roleTransaction Manager role: Working closely with the Sales Executives you will be tasked with the all the Finance & insurance products sold within the department while also supervising the Sales team. You will make sure the team follow all customer service procedures and work with the team on all sales to make sure the process is seamless and dealt with in the right way. Also making sure all the stock is presented in the right way plus working with the Sales Manager on forecasting. Mentoring and developing the team will be a big part of the role so the right person has to be able to engage with the team to bring a result.
