Apply now Buying Administrator - Harefield Are you a recent graduate looking for an entry level role into a Buying career? If so, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join our busy Central Buying team in Harefield, on a permanent basis. As a Buying Co-ordinator, you will provide full administration support to our buyers in order to deliver a robust end to end Trading process, system data and information flows for a specific product area. About the role The successful candidate will take ownership for the information and data input for a specific product category area in partnership with the Category Buyer, Suppliers and Supply Chain, in line with agreed timing, accuracy and targets. You will own the end to end information and data flow/input across promotions, product lifecycle and pricing. In addition, you will collate promotional proposal forms, maintain and update the Trading teams logs and ensure the data input requirements from the Buying Team & Supply Chain are effectively co-ordinated through great communication and team-working. From day one you can expect to be trusted with real responsibility, working within a team of people that will give you the support, opportunity and scope to develop and progress your career. About you You will need to have excellent communication, verbal and numerical reasoning skills and be able to work to tight deadlines. You will have high attention to detail, be customer focused and highly organised with strong administration skills. You will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes such as Excel, PowerPoint & Word and be comfortable working with these on a daily basis as well as being able to demonstrate evidence of understanding and managing various systems.
