They have recently acquired a new acquisition to their portfolio opening a new café again on the outskirts of Guildford at the beginning of April 2018.They are currently looking to recruit a strong Supervisor to join and help lead their team. They are projecting for there to be around 2-3 staff FOH initially and 2-3 BOH.The company very much pride themselves on the taste and presentation of their food and on giving a high level service so this will be a very high quality food led business where all food is made on the premises from high quality, locally sourced ingredients. Renowned for the very high level of customer service they provide and the genuinely warm and friendly atmosphere within the café. The Person: The company are looking for a supervisor with a real passion for food, with great interpersonal skills, is outgoing and would have the ability to manage confidently a high volume service. Applicants must be able to demonstrate that they have a genuine interest in their trade. You should also have the ability to work as part of a team towards the common goal of providing an excellent product to the customer. Experience of a similar nature would be an advantage.The business will be opening daytime hours 7am-4pm daily on a 5/7 day basis.Remuneration Salary is dependent on experience.
