Apply now We are recruiting for a Catering Supervisor at a prestigious school in Liphook, Hampshire. As the catering Supervisor you will be leading a team of 15 catering assistants and kitchen porters, reporting to the Catering Manager. Your main responsibilities will include:-supervising staff throughout the day-managing match teas and other hospitality events-supervising lunch service-managing the cleaning schedule-planning themed days-seeking customer feedback-making sure health & safety procedures are being adhered to.-You will be required to drive the school catering van from time to time so you will need a clean driving licence.As the catering Supervisor you will be required to manage and motivate the catering team to provide an excellent standard of catering and hospitality throughout the school. You will be well organised, flexible, a good communicator, have high standards of presentation and service, a friendly approach and a can do attitude.We are looking for a catering supervisor with previous catering experience within a similar role.The hours of work are 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday and 11.00am-5.00pm on Saturday, term time only plus summer school. You will also be required to supervise the summer school for four weeks during July & August.Scattergood's are acting as an agency on behalf of this vacancy.
