Requirements: We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years' experience dealing with third party and personal injury claims. Valuing general damages independently without the aid of system based valuation tools, using the Judicial College Guide Lines Good Negotiating skills ensuring losses are settled on best possible terms. MOJ portal experience, ensuring MOJ time frames are adhered to Experience in assessing liability and knowledge of recent case law and RTA Assessing TP Property damage including Total loss, Vehicle repairs and Uninsured loss claims Assessing Special Damage claims including, Vehicle repairs Credit Hire, Credit Repair, loss of earnings and all uninsured loss claims Good Negotiating skills ensuring losses are settled on best possible terms Analytic personality Pro-active in encouraging mitigation of losses Excellent attention to detail Ability to manage processes Commercial awareness The ability to work quickly and accurately in a high volume, busy environment Ability to use initiative Negotiating skills Good customer service skills Competitive salary depending on experience.
