Apply now An exciting opportunity has opened up for a CRM Analyst to join an international restaurant brand in their central London head office. This is a stand alone position where you will be a key member of the Marketing team supporting the development and ongoing CRM program by interrogating customer data, identifying customer behaviour trends and influencing strategic marketing decisions. You must have strong experience working with CRM and email marketing, knowledge of A/B testing and be confident presenting and producing detailed data analysis. Responsibilities will include: Customer lifecycle analyticsTranslating CRM data into meaningful insightsManaging customer data collection and data protection processForecasting and analysing targeted CRM marketing campaignsTesting data and incorporating learnings into future activityDelivering reports on all customer activityDetermining the best metrics to measure performance through automated reportsAct as the single point of contact for all customer data and CRM analysis To be considered for this role you will have advanced Excel skills, experience working with SQL and a passion for data!
