All contract staff are treated as permanent employees and, where possible, will be retained. The Marketing team runs like an in-house agency and includes creative, content, development and digital teams. Based in an idyllic location with free onsite parking. As part of this growth period they are currently investing in a number of new digital platforms in order to develop their brand position.Your new roleA 6 month fixed term contract in order to cover maternity leave; you'll work closely with the Consumer Marketing Manager and the wider marketing team to drive consumer campaigns and contribute to the global marketing strategy. Involved in a variety of existing and new projects you'll be responsible for extracting data, conducting adhoc research projects and presenting all findings to multiple stakeholders. In addition you'll have the opportunity to support the implementation and integration of a new web platform and the roll out and testing of a new CRM System.What you'll need to succeedGeneralist marketing experience, including email or direct marketing, with the addition of data segmentation, manipulation and reporting on findings. Ability to conduct market research projects via Survey Monkey, or similar systems. Previous experience of extracting and interpreting data from CRM systems and a thorough working knowledge of Google Analytics. Ability to translate statistics into easy to understand findings in order to inform social strategy through data and optimise the customer web journey. Proven experience of generating successful email marketing campaigns. You'll be passionate about data driven marketing and experience of implementing new CRM software, or new web platform integration is desirable.
