Salary: Up to £12,000 Basic, OTE £35,000 Per Annum Term: Full Time, Permanent Motor Trade Jobs / Automotive Vacancies: New/Used Car Sales Executive for Franchise Approved Car Dealership - Gloucester A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and professional New/Used Car Sales Executive within our client's franchise approved Car Sales Department in Gloucester! JOB SPECIFICATION: Working within a close-knit and friendly team, as a New/Used Car Sales Executive you will be required to sell New and Used Cars, accessories, finance, finance related products and warranties with the aim of reaching and exceeding targets. You- will be required to keep customers informed of delivery progress and advise customers of any delays. You will be required to resolve any queries which may arise and collect payment from customers before releasing the vehicle. You must explain warranty, service arrangements, introduce customers to the aftersales team and demonstrate the car's features and offer any other support that may be required. APPLICANT SPECIFICATION: In order to be eligible, you must live in Gloucester region or be able to easily commute to Gloucester. Previous or present Car Sales Experience is highly advantageous however our client is also interested in speaking to people with a strong and stable track record in customer service, hospitality, other retail sales experience or similar. You will need to have excellent customer service skills, a positive and helpful attitude and the drive, energy and commitment to seek every sales opportunity. A UK driving license with minimal points is essential. PACKAGE DETAILS: For your hard work our client is offering: * Starting basic salary of £12,000 per annum* Uncapped and realistic on-target-earnings of £35-40,000+ per annum.* Access to a company car.* Workplace pension scheme.* 22 days annual holiday allowance plus the bank holidays (any bank holidays worked you shall receive a day off in lieu).* Full in-house/manufacturer approved training.* Fantastic long term career prospects with an established international car brand and long-running local business. You will be required to work Monday to Friday 8:30am-6:00pm with a day off in week agreed in advance). You will also work Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm and Sunday 10:00am-4:00pm with 1 in 2 Sundays on a rota.
