Apply now We are currently recruiting for Care Assistants within High Wycombe and the surrounding areas. You will be working in a variety of residential and nursing homes providing care and support to elderly service users, those with degenerative illness's, palliative care needs as well as those with Dementia/Alzheimer's Disease. Ideally candidates will have experience of working within the social care sector however this is not essential as training will be provided. We pride ourselves on improving the lives of the people we care for and allowing them to maintain as much independence as possible. We believe in improving the quality of people's lives by giving them the highest level of care possible. Duties may include: assisting with all aspects of personal care, manual handling duties, encouragement to be involved in activities and administration of medication. The role involves flexible working hours and you may be asked to work evening shifts and weekends.
