As a Care Coordinator, you will ensure all your customers are provided with quality support, through tailored care visits, offering continuity and a personal approach. Three Sisters Care is experiencing an exciting period of growth, and there is massive potential. As a Care Coordinator you will not only be providing effective support through care scheduling, you will be providing a matching service too. You will have scheduling experience in a home care company.You will ideally hold an NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care.You will have excellent organisation and IT skills.Being a car driver is essential.Hours 9.00am - 5.00pm We are offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to progress your career as 2018 will see some exciting times for Three Sisters Care.
