We're looking for a Civil Engineer who is excited about leading technology such as Civil 3D, Microdrainage and Windes to come and join this firm of experts based in Keighley. Civil Engineer brief responsibilities: Work on construction projects such as: draining including SuDS, cut and fill, pavement design, external levels, flood risk assessments and knowledge of highway design elements (Section 38/104 and 278 Agreements).Support Project Managers and Team Leaders by providing your technical expertise in drainage solutions. Liaise with clients to achieve their business goals by providing technical solutions and advice. Civil Engineer Technical Knowledge & Qualifications: Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or other relevant subjectsMust have Microdrainage knowledge and experienceProven experience in drainage preferably in the housing industryFluent in the use AutoCAD and Civils 3DExperience with MS Office software, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. Civil Engineer Desirable Experience / Qualities: Experience of engineering design softwareKey Terra FirmaAn Accredited degree in Civil / Structural engineering (Graduate/Assistant) Personal Qualities: Excellent Listening and Communication SkillsPersonable and the ability to interact with all members of the teamEnthusiastic, motivated individual with the ability to encourage and motivate othersOrganised individual with planning capabilitiesTeam player with ability to supervise and encourage othersAbility to work in a changing and dynamic environmentCustomer focussed with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients and checking authorities both face to face and over the telephone Additional Information: Perm / 37.5-hour weekAble to commute reliably to office base in KeighleyAble to work extended hours on occasions when required.Must have clean or near clean driving licence.
