Apply now We are currently recruiting for Claims Advisors to work Evenings for a well established Insurance company based in Liverpool. This is a permanent role offering the salary between £16,000-£21,000. Hours : Monday to Friday 16.15pm to 00.15pm and would be required to work every one in 3 Saturdays. About The Role: •To effectively capture all new claim reports with accuracy and maximise the opportunity for efficient information gathering using conversational management techniques.•Undertake effective investigations to enable accurate and prompt liability decision making.•Provide excellent service to all stakeholders.•Effectively manage customers' claim journey and expectations.•Offer customer's services provided via our supply chain for losses.•To expertly validate claims with application of indemnity and fraud knowledge.•To work and contribute towards team performance and environment.•Assessing indemnity, liability and mitigating ongoing losses.•Contribute towards continuous improvement with the generation of ideas Essential Skills & ExperienceThe successful candidate will have the below experience : •FNOL •RTA •Claims •Customer Service About The Benefits •Salary between £16,000- £21,000•Permanent role •Immediate start To ApplyIf this sounds like a role you will LOVE, please click on the link below to apply.We aim to respond to all successful applications within 2 days.
