Apply now Independent Claims Management company seeking to expand their claims team to continue record of success and growth. As part of a supportive team, will manage new client claims and enquiries. Operating across a wide range of legal services including personal injury claims, employment law, conveyancing and wills and probate matters, the position offers the potential to develop in a variety of different areas of the law. The role involves;Responding to a consistently high volume of incoming enquiries that will be processed over the phone;Processing enquiries in accordance with service standard etc;Identifying the enquiries which meet strict criteria and introducing those clients to specialist panel solicitors;Building effective relationships with clients by use of appropriate questioning, clarification and language;Use of computerised system to record claims from being received to the transfer to solicitors;Selling the benefits to clients about using company services. The successful candidates must demonstrate a record of achievement against the following criteria:Essential - Minimum of 5 GCSEs (including English and maths), Desirable: law degree, postgrad Diploma in Legal Practice or equivalent;Desirable: proven record of either a client facing role within claims/legal services or a customer services position (preferably telephone based) dealing with a high volume of enquiries in a professional/financial services environment;Skills: commitment to delivering excellent customer skills, ability to engage with customers and colleagues, listening/communication skills, ability to remain calm, build client rapport, organise work, meet targets and display attention to detail.
