This individual will be the main point of contact for clients and seeing the claim through to final settlement. The role requires excellent customer service skills, keeping the clients notified throughout the process, as well as reporting any issues or complaints to the senior members of the business. The ideal candidate will be looking to expand their knowledge of property owners claims and really push their career forward within the claims space. The business will offer competitive remuneration, as well as a substantial amount of training and support throughout. In terms of experience, the team are looking for someone who can show an ability to manage a varied workload, as well as working to strict deadlines. Someone with experience working either within a Broker or an Insurer would be ideal for this role and property owner experience would be highly beneficial.
