The Role: Assessing liability and Investigation of merits of claims with Personal Injuries sustainedManagement of telephone and written correspondenceInstruction of repair, hire provision, loss adjusting & investigation of injuriesValuing general and special damages claims in personal injury claimsOn all own handled claims ensure full compliance with all office protocols, client service level agreementsInstructing and liaising with client panel solicitors on litigated claimsFull compliance on all financial transactions with the client service level agreementsHandling the higher value/complex/client sensitive third party motor claims Skills Required: 2-5 years claims handling in a legal / Insurance / claims management environment with personal injurySelf-motivated and be able to use own initiativeAbility to work independentlyWork effectively with team and managersExcellent communication skillsGood IT skillsFlexibility when requiredAbility to prioritise and manage own workload.
