Client Details My client is a large Cleaning Contractor who look after retail sites over the whole of the UK. They have an urgent requirement for a cleaning manager for a retail site in Northfield. My client is looking for an experienced Store Cleaning Manager whose job it will be to achieve consistently the hygiene standards laid down within company targets and objectives, by leading and coaching the cleaning team to deliver the results expected within a large store. Description Key Responsibilities:To ensure cleaning duties are delivered as specified in company targets, allocating priorities and monitoring standardsTo actively promote and encourage open communicationTo monitor and control documentationTo deliver a high standard of customer serviceTo adhere at all times to all company Health & Safety Rules and RegulationsTo carry out any other duties as directed by management to support the needs of the business Profile The ideal candidate will have: Proven management experience Good understanding of BICSc procedures and standards Previous operational experience within the cleaning industry Flexibility coupled with a hands-on approach Job Offer 36 hours per week - Mornings - Monday to Saturday Salary £15,912 Pension Please only apply if you are happy to not only manage but also be hands on with the cleaning team as this is an essential part of this role.
