They have a fantastic opportunity for you join their cleaning team as Cleaning Section Leader for the ASDA store in Hazel Grove, delivering the cleaning specification and maintaining hygiene standards by leading and coaching the store based team.This is a hands-on role requiring a team player who will not only manage their team but work alongside them delivering janitorial services. The position is a permanent and Part time, 20 hours a week, working 5 days out of 7 days and will include some weekends work. Candidates must be prepared to work a variety of hours / shifts; there will be mainly early morning shifts, see below full details of the shifts required for this role: Monday - 7.00am - 10.00am Tuesday - 7.00am - 11.00am Wednesday - Day off Thursday - 7.00am - 11.00am Friday - 7.00am - 10.00am Saturday - 8.00am - 2.00pm Sunday - Day off From your 20 hours, 10 hours will be managing the cleaning team and 10 hours will be hands on cleaning.They are looking for a candidate who has a managerial or strong supervisory background and may be ready to take on their first management role in this challenging position.
