Apply now We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Reporting Analyst / Coordinator to join a successful and rapidly expanding team. Our client is a leader within the digital learning arena and works with fantastic brands and businesses, delivering corporate learning programmes globally. As a new coordinator in the team, you will essentially be the first point of contact for clients including FTSE 100 organisations. You will also liaise with students, ensuring that their learning journey is smooth and successful and ultimately that all stakeholders achieve the desired result and impact from the training programme. The successful candidate should have previous experience dealing directly with clients and/or other external stakeholders and some element of project management exposure. You should also have experience or reporting and analysis and good strong IT skills (specifically Excel) A minimum of one year of relevant experience following graduation or comparable experience if you have followed a different route after standard education will be the minimum requirement to succeed in this role. Strong IT skills to include Excel will be essential and an outgoing, sociable manner will serve you well in this busy, welcoming and ambitious team.
