The opportunity of speaking to a wide range of clients - assessing their needs and providing a suitable insurance solution? Playing a leading role in the sales activity with the agency? Providing outstanding customer service to new and existing clients? We will consider candidates both with and without personal lines insurance sales experience, as full training is provided by NFU Mutual in the range of insurance products offered. We are looking for candidates with a "cando" attitude to work and a will to succeed. This is both a phone and face to face based sales and servicing position which requires the ability to multi task and understand the need to create and maintain long term relationships with our customers. As a self-motivated friendly individual, we expect you to show initiative, be organised and be driven to provide fantastic service, expert advice to our clients, and support the Agents in handling existing accounts. You will be a valued member of our expanding local business, identifying new cross-selling opportunities for General Insurance, Financial Services and Risk Management Services. There will also be the opportunity to help the agency further develop our HNW (High Net Worth) client market that we have grown very successfully over the last 2 - 3 years. Job Type: Full-time - Monday to Friday You will be employed by Agents of the NFU Mutual and not by NFU Mutual directly.
