This role will support the MD and the COO in the development of the business strategy and the operational issues of both the branch and the wider business. It will be a chance for an individual to be part of a rapidly growing business in a position of influence, change and as such they are needing someone who has business growth at the forefront of their mind. The role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, from risk and compliance, people management, operational change and growth. The business are able to offer a substantial remuneration package, as well as a strong support network and the autonomy to go and really push the branch forward. The ideal individual will have a strong Team Leader background, as well as a substantial amount of business growth experience. The ability to work against targets is a must-have and the ability to work under pressure on a number of different matters will be key to the role.
