Apply now Millington Springs is a 42 bed Nursing and Residential home set in the beautiful parish of Selston, Nottinghamshire We're looking for a dynamic, responsive and flexible Clinical Home Manager (RGN), to work closely with the Service Manager to lead the Nursing and Care team to deliver an outstanding care service to older adults. The successful candidatewill be highly motivated, inspirational and able to assume responsibility for the clinical management of the care home. The person that we are looking for must have a proven track record in achieving an outstanding delivery of care and management. The right candidate will have the ability and skills to lead a diverse team of clinical and care staff with the aim of ensuring that clinical standards are developed, implemented and maintained to the upmost standards. We are looking for a Clinical Manager who is dynamic, passionate and driven in their quest for excellence. Key features of the role will include: Staff supervision, training, and staff competencies.Day to day management of the smooth running of the homeManaging safeguarding investigations, Clinical risk and legislative requirements of the sectorA fully flexible approach is required to cover a variety of shifts and to ensure the needs of the home and our residents are met.Management of Care Pans, Medications Management and Audits The contract The permanent contract with a salary of up to £50k + is offered as full time, 48 hours per week (hours are negotiable), with flexibility required for weekend working occasional night visits and rostered 'on call' duties.
