Apply now Clinical Registered Manager South West London £40,000 - £45,000 per annum Clinical Manager required in South West London for a one of the largest providers of family planning services. This international company protects the rights of individuals by preventing unwanted births. The Clinical Registered Manager whom will become CQC RM is responsible for delivering and maintaining clinical excellence in the surgical and medical units situated within the region. This post is responsible for the South London surgical site and surrounding Clinics including the biggest service in Central London. You will be responsible for ensuring the relevant clinics are clinically led and achieve full compliance with regulatory, organisational and professional body requirements, whilst ensuring that the client is at the centre of all care and the relevant clinics achieve exceptional levels of client care and satisfaction. The Clinical Registered Manager will take ownership of quality and governance for the relevant clinics that they are responsible for and will ensure that there is a consistent approach to quality of care across all sites. Although this role will be supernumerary, it is expected that you will provide hands-on client care when required and support the Clinical Team Leader with coaching and development of clinical team members.
