As CSM you will report into the General Manager and will oversee the care services in this very special care centre.Essential criteria: ·Nurse qualified (ideally RGN) with current PIN and up to date clinical knowledge·Good leadership and mentoring skills; at least 3yrs in a management capacity·Ability to produce well developed care plans and risk assessments·Good understanding of regulatory framework as well as DoLs·Comprehensive understanding and ability to deliver governance and quality assurance frameworksDuties include:·Planning, delivery and operational management of the care services, reporting into an overall General Manager·Overall responsibility for effective rota management ·Accountable for the management of records and documents relating to resident care·Actively involve residents and families in the development of quality standards·Work effectively with all partners and key stakeholdersRemuneration and benefits:·up to £50,000pa, plus pension, sick pay, life assurance and other corporate benefitsFor more information please call Emma Everett at Bright Selection Ltd.
