Apply now I am looking for a Commercial & Litigation Paralegal to join an International Firm based in Birmingham City Centre on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract. Joining a busy and established team, you will be assisting Fee Earners and Lawyers across a variety of practice areas including Litigation, Corporate and Finance. Day to day duties will include disclosure and due diligence exercises, regulatory projects and contract reviews. You will also be assisting on a wide range of bespoke projects, which can range from litigation preparation, joint venture and financial matters. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months' experience of working as a Paralegal in Practice or equivalent. Holding the LPC qualification is preferred, however candidates with considerable practical experience are also welcome to apply. I am particularly interested in receiving applications from candidates with experience in Commercial Litigation, Corporate or Banking & Finance.
