Apply now This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected global broker working from their Leeds City Centre offices within the delegated authority schemes division with a focus on property insurance. Our client is in growth mode at present making this an excellent time to join. Applicants will have at least 3 or more years underwriting experience with a focus on property or general commercial risks (non-motor). It is essential that you are highly organised, smart, professional and a strong Excel user. You will be dealing with an interesting portfolio of property clients generating premiums from £1000's to £2.5 million per annum. The role will involve liaising with both clients and insurers on a daily basis so it is essential that you have excellent communication skills. A good understanding of the property sector, understanding leases / FTT etc. would be beneficial. The existing team consists of some of Leeds most talented and well respected insurance professionals; which you will be working closely with and developing a great career. The focus is on growing this team quite quickly which will allow you to climb the career ladder quite quickly and to assume a more senior role within the team. Progress towards ACII studies would be preferred although not essential.
