Our client is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and ambitious commercial property solicitor with at least 2-3 years PQE with a well-developed knowledge in all aspects of commercial property work.The role will involve working with development and real estate work including site acquisition and plot sales, infrastructure agreements, conditional contracts, option agreements, buying and selling businesses, bank financing and commercial landlord and tenant work.This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate where you will have an active role in the future success of the department whilst also providing a high level of service to existing clients.
