The successful candidate will also offer commitment towards the achievement of ambitious group business plans. KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To deliver highly efficient, professional and creative service to the existing clients of the department To deliver advice of the highest technical competence, including in relation to complex portfolio sales, purchases and development To ensure the retention of clients allocated him/her and further enhancement of the firms relationship with them To proactively seek to work with other Group members in the marketing of the firms services and the expansion of the Real Estate's business of the firm To assist, when requested with the cover of the cases of other Group fee earners during holidays or their absences abroad on business To contribute to the smooth administration of the firms Real Estate Group's business PERSON SPECIFICATION You must possess experience and a keen interest in handling work for a variety of clients, including: - trusts, high net worth individuals, partnerships, charities, banks and companies. Possess the ability to win the confidence of clients and members of the Real Estate team Effective, sound decision making and excellent organisational skills Reliability, commitment and ambition To support other Group members in their service and advice delivery Technical expertise; being capable of conducting thorough and accurate research in technically difficult areas Team player Strong financial acumen and commercial approach to legal practice Able to sell the services of the Real Estate teamPossess a genuine interest in clients' affairs/businesses TECHNICAL SKILLS Sound computer literacy and a good working knowledge of databases.
