This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a Partner who has worked for some of the best firms in London but has now settled in Kent. The work will be interesting and varied and will include commodity sales and purchases, construction, competition, finance, debt and security documentation, shareholder and IP/IT work along with advising on commercial contracts for a variety of clients including industrial clients. The successful candidate will ideally have 2+ years PQE in commercial work and will have experience ideally in most of the areas listed above. Applications are also welcome from more general corporate/commercial solicitors who would like to move on to specialise purely in commercial work.
