Apply now Commercial Solicitor.An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and driven commercial solicitor with 2-5yrs PQE to work for a forward thinking, dynamic Legal 200 firm in Crawley.As part of this successful Commercial department, you will be dealing with a wide range of commercial work including drafting, reviewing and negotiating trading agreements alongside purchase, supply and manufacturing agreements. You will be providing advice on IT agreements, e-trading issues, data protection and SLA's both for developers and purchasers.You will have a strong commercial approach and excellent knowledge and experience in IT/IP contracts.You will be ambitious and have a desire to get involved in business development activities.
